Enhancements to TranslationMemoriesViewController

The controller was extended with the following method:

• GetAllTranslationUnitsFromActivePage - Gets all translation units from the active page
• GetTranslationUnitsMarkedForDeletion - Get translation units marked for deletion
• GetActiveTranslationUnit - Get active translation unit
• SelectRow - Selects translation unit by row index
